1. Dry steam:-
Dry steam is steam
that is at the temperature of saturation but does not contain water particles
in suspension it has a very high dryness fraction with almost no moisture.
2. Wet steam:-
When steam is contains
some water particles in suspended from it is known as wet steam. The suspended
water particles are known as moisture.
3. Superheated steam:-
If dry saturated steam
at a saturation temperature is heated its temperature will start increasing.
This higher temperature of steam is known as super heated steam.
